Swimming

Oakhill College is the venue for our two main swim classes. On Monday evenings between 6.45-7.45pm is our high intensity aquatics Squad training. The main focus of this swim group for athletes, is fitness, some stroke correction in freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke and backstroke. The Thursday night program at Oakhill concentrates on stroke correction focusing on progressing athletes from an intermediate level in readiness for transition to squad.

COACH NEEDED from TERM 1 2017

What ages do you cater for?
From 8 years.
What experience levels do you cater for?
Squad – must be competent and independent swimmers. Stroke correction – must be able to swim 25m freestyle. Athletes must be assessed by the coach prior to acceptance into program to determine suitability.
When are the practice sessions?
Mondays 6.45pm-7.45pm Thursdays 6.45pm- 7.45pm Oakhill College Pool, 423 Old Northern Rd Castle Hill
What are the fees?
$80.00 per Semester (2 terms).  This equates to $4.00 per week.
Do you supply uniforms?
Swimwear can be purchased through our uniform coordinator.
